两种退税通道Two refund channels두 가지 환급 경로
- 医院现场即时退税（推荐）：缴费时出示护照 → 医院用「即时退税」终端（Global Tax Free 等运营商）当场退还现金/刷卡回冲，无需机场排队；Instant refund at the clinic (recommended): show passport at payment — the clinic's instant-refund terminal returns cash or reverses the card charge; no airport queue;병원 현장 즉시 환급(권장): 여권 제시 → 즉시환급 단말로 현금/카드 취소 처리;
- 机场退税：医院开具退税单（Tax Free 清单+海关章）→ 离境时在仁川机场退税机器或柜台领取（现金/卡）；保留退税单至登机。Airport refund: get the tax-free slip from the clinic → claim at Incheon kiosks/counters before departure; keep slips until boarding.공항 환급: 병원에서 환급서 발급 → 인천공항 키오스크·카운터에서 수령.
操作要点与限制Fine print & tips유의사항
- 实际到手约 7%（10% VAT 扣除运营商手续费）；单店消费满 ₩15,000 起（各院政策不同）；Net ~7% after operator fees; minimum spend often ₩15,000 (varies);수수료 제외 약 7%, 최소 금액 제도 확인;
